Good morning!
This week in Thandarai:
• For the after-school program, ATF has donated school supplies for the new year (notebooks and books), as well as a few more prizes (backpacks) for two other girls who successfully passed their 10th grade exams.
The weekly contribution continues for transportation expenses for 4 students who attend a distant school, and for the daily snack at the after-school program. Monthly support has also begun for two girls attending university (and one of the two computers in the after-school program has been reserved for them).
Additionally, Wilson, the after-school program coordinator, has found a math teacher who occasionally comes in to help the students. Very helpful!
• Support activities: 5 kg of rice plus flour and spices have been donated; and the monthly support for the physiotherapy of a person with a disability continues.
