The founding members (currently there are no other members), all friends for years and with a strong sense of teamwork, are:
GIOVANNI BATTISTA SANGUINETI
President of ATF. With an economic background, he has worked for a long time in the financial sector, but what he really likes to do for the past thirty years is to carry out aid initiatives for disadvantaged people and communities around the world. He participates and has participated with various associations, as a volunteer or as a creator/coordinator, in projects in India, Bangladesh, Mongolia, and even in Italy. Why does he do it? Because he believes it is right to do so and because, selfishly, he likes it :).
BEATRICE LOMBARDINI
Vice President of ATF. With a humanistic and economic background, she has worked for almost thirty years as an accountant, specializing in solutions to overcome business crises. Why does she participate in ATF? Because life should not be only about numbers and business: it is a duty to contribute with one’s energy and skills (including overcoming financial crises, yes) to improving the situation of others less fortunate than us.
SONIA DI CICCO
Member of the ATF Board of Directors. With a linguistic background and significant experience in executive personnel recruitment, she is determined and organized, with experiences in various non-European countries. Why does she participate in Altuofianco? Because every little action can make a difference. If you really want to find solutions to improve the condition of the less fortunate, it is essential to take action.
SUSANNA BRAMBILLA
With an economic background, she has been involved for years in various associations in Italy helping people and animals. She believes in the value of solidarity and the importance of working for the common good. Why did she choose to collaborate with ATF? Because she shares the choice to carry out local aid projects with attention, care, and competence; because she naturally wants to get involved, and because she likes being part of this enthusiastic team.
CRISTINA PERRECA
With a linguistic background, she works in the same area and is passionate about travel and interactions with different cultures, East and West. She has always participated in solidarity activities in her city, also encouraging the involvement of others in concrete actions. Why does she participate in Altuofianco? Because she is convinced that personal commitment to others, however small, is a duty and fulfilling: from small beginnings come great things.
LUCA RANCAN
With a background in Political Science, managerial work, and various passions that always push him to commit. Aid initiatives are a new experience for him, but he gets involved with enthusiasm and energy to organize support initiatives for those in need. Why does he participate in Altuofianco? Because he believes that ATF is not just a project, but a promise to those in difficulty...and he likes to keep promises.
ELISABETTA ROMANELLO
With a legal background, she has long been involved in numerous social and cultural activities for schools and young people in her city. Always committed with enthusiasm and determination to address problems and find solutions, even with the collaboration of other acquaintances in her network. Why did she join Altuofianco? Because she believes that every person, especially every young person, should be given the opportunity to build a dignified and honest future.

Wilson
Wilson, a former professor in India and the United States, wants to do something to improve the conditions of his native village where he has now returned to live, and he is committed to the education of local students and providing food aid to people in difficulty.
Don Carlo Doneda
Don Carlo Doneda, a Milanese priest, has started projects for single mothers and students in the Parroquia de San Bartolomé in Baire and sees life and his vocation also as a mission for people in need.
